how to compare window file

file a : c:\test\test1.pdf

file b : c:\test\test2.pdf

i want to compare 2 files in command line.

how can i compare it?

ex)C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\Acrobat.exe /n /s /o /h /t c:\test\test1.pdf c:\test\test2.pdf
