How to contact head office?

I need to speak to someone at UK head office about building a professional collaboration. I cannot find any way to speak to someone. I rang reception but got nowhere without a name. Customer support said I should post on here but I'm not looking for technical support and it's not a question for the wider community. Does anyone have any suggestions how I get to speak to someone who can help? Thanks
