How to convert 1 page to an image from a multi page file?

Before this god-awful new Adobe, I could easily select a single page and convert it from a multi-page file. Now I can't do this?

This was not possible before, either (unless you use a script). To do it you must first extract the page, as mentioned by Bernd.
