Hello everyone, i would like to know if it is possible to convert an Excel file type to PDF in a way that the comments/notes in Excel would show as a "pop up" in PDF(as a light red shade over the cell that pops up when the mouse hovered over the light shade area).

Does anyone have an answer as how to find this function?. I cant find it in Acrobat Pro or Standard

Thanks.

Did you ever figure out how to do this? I'm hoping to do the same thing.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

The option to convert the comments in the Excel to a pop-up comments in the PDF is not yet available. When you convert an Excel file to PDF using Adobe Acrobat (Pro or Standard), the comments (or notes) in Excel do not turn into pop-up comments in the PDF, they are usually converted into non-interactive content, shown within the document, rather than as clickable pop-ups like in Excel.
