How to copy and paste only text at same place

Hi there,

I receive some PDF magazines where there are some pages with hairlines. Rasterizing the pages in Acrobat (PitStop Pro) solves this but sometimes it does not work so I rasterize them in Illustrator but the text also becomes uneditable and poor quality. To resolve this I remove the text from the PDF in Illustrator and rasterize the page and save it as PDF.

Now I want to copy the text from the original PDF to the rasterized PDF at the same place as in the original PDF but I cant paste it on the right place. Please tell me how to copy and paste the text at the same place as in original PDF with same formatting. Is it also possible to copy only the text in the page and not the images in one go? Or is there any other method available so that only images gets rasterized and not the text.
