how to copy format from one location to the other

Since there is no format painter in adobe acrobat dc, how do we copy format from one location to the other.I am unable to see copy with formatting when i right click the selected text

Are you referring to static text, comments, text fields, something else? Please clarify.

When you copy it it should carry its formatting with it. However, it's important to understand the Acrobat is not a word processing or layout application and PDF files were not meant to be edited in such an extensive way.
