how to create a PDF of an email folder (including attachments) on a Mac?

Can you please explain how to create a PDF of an email folder (including attachments) on a Mac? Many years ago I was able to do this on a PC using Office and Adobe; it was a useful way to save email records without keeping the emails on the email server. Thank you.

Please go through the help page https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/hub/how-to/convert-outlook-email-to-pdf and see if that works.

 

Also please try the steps below and see if that helps:

Go to Outlook > Adobe PDF tab > Change Conversion Settings. You will get the following dialog:

Select "Include all attachments in the Adobe PDF" under Attachments:
