How to create a text box that auto fills four other text boxes?

Hi! 

I'm very new to making custom acrobat forms.  

Is there a was to auto fill information in other texts boxes based off the information entered into one text box? I want to be able able to type in a document number, and the date, full document name, and brief information are automatically populated into separate text boxes.
