How to create simular fillable forms in multiple PDF's?

I have multiple PDF's with a similar layout. I created and edited fillable fields in just one. ( using properties).

How can I apply these changes in a batch mode approach to all other files? Tried action wizard, but no luck.

Thanks you, Hans

If you use the second option (replace pages) the fields are completely unchanged.

You could manually copy and paste the fields to the new PDFs. You can make this process a bit faster by selecting all the fields on a single page for the copy.

Another technique that could be faster, and could be automated in an Action (batch process) is to make multiple copies of the form that has the fields. Open one of these copies and perform a Replace Pages action to replace the page content with pages from one of the forms that does not contain the fields.  This action essentially turns the copied form with the fields into one of the other forms. The Replace Pages feature does not touch the form fields, it only replaces page content.

Doesn't solve my problem. Using the options you suggest, I loose formatting on the fillable fields.
