How to customize toolbar for all users

We would like to pin the Accessibility Full Check to the toolbar for all our users. I have seen various references but none seem too easy.  Really -- I have to make my own GPO template? I was able to add it to my toolbar with a registry key as follows:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\AdobeAcrobat\DC\AVGeneral\cAV2FavoritesCommandsDesktopand adding  reg_sz  a8 AccCheck:DoCheck.  I could use group policy to push this reg key but I am concerned about overwriting any customization they may have already have. I had 7 tools so I just made the Accessibility checker number 8 (a8) for my testing.  Would using a higher number work presuming most people would probably have 10 or less tools pinned...and therefore would not overwrite or if there is a gap in numbers (they only have 5 tools and I add it as tool 20) cause some sort of corruption?

Hi @susan_5158,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

Adding the tool a few numbers to be on the safer side shouldn't be much of a problem as Acrobat will allow additional tools to be added, and keep the accessibility tool at the bottom of the pinned list for users.

So, you can keep the tool on the higher side without anything getting corrupted.
