Our company provided a temporary serial number (adobe acrobat standard) for me to use while we are waiting for the purchase of a new one that will be assigned to me. I have it now but I do not know how to deactivate the old one so I can put the new serial number.

I tried to check online but I cannot find the "deactivate" in the Adobe acrobat program.

The first serial number given to me isnt really for me. I had it while we are waiting for the purchase of my serial number. I just might use the old one and return the new one. I didnt realize activation and deactivation would be this much complicated.

Thanks you

Why not speak to the IT department, or whoever gave you the new serial number, to find out exactly what you are supposed to do with it. If this company has access to multiple serial number for an older version of Acrobat (which I would think are not normally available once a newer version comes out) they are the ones you should be dealing with not posting on a public forum for instructions.

Try this.

Activate and deactivate Adobe products

But I'm not sure why you need to enter a new serial number on that same computer. If Acrobat is running fine just keep using it.
