How to delete all text with same color

Hello,

I have a pdf document which i want to remove all text with a specific color. Unfortunately i can't find a way. Any help would be greatly appreciated ❤️

Text properties such as color and font are not available to a Acrobat JavaScript model, so this task would require a custom plug-in. There may already be a 3rd party plug-in vendor that has a similar tool, but I've never heard of one.
