How to disable "Do you want to save changes before closing"?

It did not work for me. It's still asking me to save when all I do is open the document.

Hidrtamarap,Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.We understand that you are receiving a message to save changes to the PDF, even when you are only opening it to view without making any changes. Could you please let us know if this issue occurs with all PDFs or only specific ones? Additionally, could you share the PDF that is causing the problem? It would also be helpful if you could provide the version numbers of Acrobat and your operating system.We look forward to your response.Thanks,Meenakshi
