How to display the bookmark blue badge to the left of the bookmark text

Hello All!  In Acrobat Pro, I've created a bookmark but the blue badge is not displaying to the left of the bookmark.  This badge appears on my MAC but not on my PC when the document opens. Any suggestions to help the badge reappear?  Thank you much!
