How to download Acrobat Pro DC subscription to a newer MacBook Pro?

In October 2016, I subscribed to an Acrobat Pro DC subscription. Recently I purchased a newer model of my MacBook Pro but cannot determine how to access my subscription to download the file to my new computer. Any ideas? Jack

Or Download a free trial or buy Adobe products | Adobe downloads
