HOW TO DOWNLOAD APP FROM ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION

Hi,

I have purchased an annual subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and have received my receipt and the email to download the app but when I do click on the button to download it tells me I have only installed a 7 day trial.  How do I download the 12 month

app I purchased?
