Adobe Pro Online will not let me download my files in the cloud in one fell swoop. I have a problem with my computer and I need to do this. I own the files right? Anyone have someone to contact? I've tried privacy to get them downloaded. Download is not an option once they are all checked, only upload and then it doesn't let me tell them a destination.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.
You can download files individually from the Acrobat Online account. It is not possible to download multiple files simultaneously. It is a designed behaviour.
