I have a customer who is trying to send out a pdf document (a municipal bill) that is over 100 pages long.  They get error "This file has too many pages to be processed.  Maximum pages allowed: 100" How can they do this?  Will they have to split the file?

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Adobe Acrobat Sign limits transactions based on the service level of the sending party. The upload file size is limited to 10MB or 100 pages (for Individual, Small Business & Business accounts). If you have an enterprise account, then the upload file size limit is 10MB or 500 pages. For more information, please check the help page https://adobe.ly/4oRJxwi

As described,  they are trying to send out a pdf document (a municipal bill) that is over 100 pages long.  They get the error "This file has too many pages to be processed.  Maximum pages allowed: 100".

As a workaround. They can break the PDF into two or more smaller files under 100 pages each, send them separately, or have recipients sign/receive them in parts.

Let us know how it goes.
