How to Export a Clean PDF for Web Sharing?

Question

Hi everyone,I’m trying to export a clean and lightweight PDF from Acrobat for sharing on my blog. I want to make sure fonts embed properly and the file isn’t bloated. Are there any best practices for optimizing a PDF for web use?
I run a dessert-themed site and sometimes share menus and guides, like this weekly crumbl cookies menu I’m working on. I'd love to make these documents smooth to open and easy to share.
Any tips would be appreciated!
