How to export an uneditable PDF after redacting/commenting

(Acrobat Pro DC/Mac OS Mojave)

So I did some redacting to a PDF document, then added a few comments (with the Comment tool). Now I wish to export or save a copy whereas no one can edit or move/remove my redactions or comments. So far I have had no luck. I can save a copy, even password protected, yet I can open it in Preview (a Mac thing) and still select and move my comments around on the page (the redactions appear untouchable, as I wish, however). I must be doing something wrong. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks-

There's no such thing as an uneditable PDF. The closest you can get to it is to digitally sign it, which will allow you to detect if the file was edited, not prevent it, and even that has its issues...
