How to export comments from reviewer and responses from author to excel file?

Assume I have one PDF file with lot of comments from reviewer and responses from author.

How to export them to one excel file?

Adding page number, so much the better.

Open the Comments Panel, click the Options button in the Comments List section and select Create Comments Summary.

Thanks, try67, but as a result, Based on the original document, appended additional comments summary page for each original page, not a standalone comments summary.

please refer to attached screenshot, what we want is one excel file with all comments from reviewer and all responses from author.

I see. That would require using a script.

I've already developed a script that can export the comments summary to a text file (Custom-made Adobe Scripts: Acrobat - Create Comments Summary (TXT/PDF) ), so adjusting it a bit to create a CSV file that can be opened in Excel should not be a problem.
