How to extract highlighted text from pdf with page number

We have pdf with highlighted text. We need to extract the highlighted text from pdf to word with corresponding pdf page label page number

Did you enable the option to copy the highlighted text into the comment? If so, then you can use the Create Comments Summary command of Acrobat.

If not then you can do it retroactively using a script, like this (paid-for) tool I've developed: Custom-made Adobe Scripts: Acrobat -- Retroactively Copy Highlighted Text into Comments
