How to extract multiple pages from pdf into separate files

I don't have these checkboxes. I can either extract a single page or multiple pages into another file.

A lil' help please. Is it my subscription? Do I need to fork out more than A$180 to be able to do this?

This requires Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Standard, Acrobat Reader cannot do that.

I was not aware that this subscription is Adobe Reader only

The next pack up would be Adobe Pro, correct?. All that just for separating files 3 or 4 times a year. Noice 🙂
