How to extract password protected PDF?

I've downloaded the Pro DC app and I'd like to redact a PDF. Really that was the whole point of buying a paid edition. But now I'm getting this instead. How might we work around that?

    Hi!

     

    I hope you are doing well!!

     

    The above message indicates that the Author/owner of the PDF file has applied restrictions to the PDF.

    It says that the Document properties don't allow to make changes in it. Open File>right click Document Properties>Security>check the Document restriction summary. The owner of the document has setup the permission password to make any further changes to it. 

     

    You may have to contact the owner/author of the PDF file and have to request for the password. Without that, noting much can be done.

    Without the password you can't change the document.
