How to find the user guide of an older version of Acrobat X pro for Mac?

I am using the acrobat x pro software compatible with my old 2004 iMac with Mac OS 10.7. I know how to create forms but I cannot remember how to insert text into existent forms which I created last year. I cannot find any help or tutorials online. Also can u direct me where I can download a User manual for this old version. The existent help mode doesn't offerbp any correct info or tips.
