How to fix Acrobat's issues with saving to iCloud Drive?

See below screenshot. When saving a file for the first time, that is already located in iCloud Drive, this will always pop up for me. Meanwhile this pops up, Acrobat crashes or is unresponsive. Sometimes, clicking yes doesn't even do anything and I'm stuck with a crashed PDF file.
