How to fix reading order issue in ADA Compliance PDF when the text is flowing from one block to next block on same page using SDL/RWS tool XPP?

I am facing issue in reading order in text component while flowing from one block to next block. 

The Read aloud option is reading the content in wrong order.

I have two column data in pdf. when Adobe reads the content, it reads properly till the last heading in the first column. After reading the last heading in first column it skips the paragraph after heading and jumps to second column data and then comes back to the last paragraph of first column.

Please help me to resolve this issue and let me know incase anything else needed.
