How to fix table regularity fails when there are merged data rows?

I have a table that has 8 columns and 18 rows. there are about 6 rows that are merged on most, some all columns, because they share the same data (instead of repeating that data every time).

Is there a way to work around this? Or what is the easiest way to pass this regularity fail?

Hello Thom,

Yes that is correct. Please pardon my ignorance, as I am still quite new to this. I still need to get used to the lingo and actual terms, so I am still learning how to describe the issues I keep running into.

Your help is greatly appreciated!

I think you need to ask this question on a new thread, being clear about the topic, on the "Standards and Accessibility" forum. User the words "Table Tagging" in the topic description.

You'll need to provide more information.

Are the table values form fields that are filled in by a user?

Explain what you mean by merged?  Is this something that happens when document are combined? or is this something that happens during manual or automatic data entry? or something else? Details are important since we don't read minds.

Sorry about that. The table form values is informative data. Basically, they are rates. Since each row is an individual "fund", some rates are the same as the one above (or below), etc. Hence, why the table cells of two or more rows are merged, if they are the same rates.

I scoped the THs for each column, as well as the TH for the first column, which are the table headers for each of those rows. However, since some are merged, it is causing the error in regularity.
