How to flatten a single object to a PDF.

I am trying to figure out how to flatten a single object on a PDF in Acrobat DC Pro.  I put highlights on contacts so people know where to sign.  But, when the form gets done as an esign the highlight jumps on top over the esign.  So I need to flatten the highlight to the page so I can put the signature field on top without worrying about the highlight being able to jump on top.

Currently, I print to pdf an unfilled out doc so the highlight flattens to the doc and then put all of the fields back on the document.

It would save a ton of time if I could just select the highlight and flatten it to the doc and leave the rest of the fields as is.
