How to get Adobe Pro on my computer?

I purchased Adobe Pro for the redact features.  I have the Adobe Creative Cloud installed, it shows I have Adobe Pro but it is no where on my hard drive or desktop.  How do I get the actual program installed on my hardrive?  Everything takes me back to the Cloud screen.
