How to get displayed value ( Which is defined in another software) of any word in Reader DC

Need support with one problem.

I want to see values which is define in another software ( INCA which is used to communicate with engine ECU ) in acrobat DC for a particular text.

Details are like this:

1. i have software document in pdf which is having variable name ( for example "LC_CONF_MPL_DET_MIS_B" ) & software logic.

2. Values of these variables ( that is "LC_CONF_MPL_DET_MIS_B" ) are defined in another file in hex & A2l format which can be seen by software like INCA.

3. i want that when i click on any variable( that is "LC_CONF_MPL_DET_MIS_B" ) in PDF, i should see its value which is define in that hex & A2l file.

Can anyone help me with this as how it can be done?
