We have 4 licenses.

How do we do to get access to installationsfiles if we have to reinstall adobe acrobat at our company?

We do not have access Adobe ID at our Company.

You didn't answer my first question... If you let us know which version you have we could give you a link to the installer for that version.


You MUST establish how these were purchased. There are different installers according to the license plan and you cannot mix retail and volume installers. If it is volume licensing you MUST re-establish connection with Adobe so you have a password for the volume license portal. If the company is too disorganised, it may have to buy again.

What version of Acrobat? And why don't you have an account on Adobe if you purchased the licenses from them, or did you buy it from a third-party reseller?

We did bought Adobe Acrobat from Adobe and I am sure we do have an account but the person who did the purched is no longer working at our Company so we do not know how to log in. I will check out which version later today..
