How to Get Sound to play on all PDF apps

So, I created a film pitch deck and exported it as a PDF. My client asked me to add sound which I was able to figure out in Acrobat. It worked -- on my end anyway.

When I sent it to client, they were unable to hear the sound. I dont know how they opened the PDF. I am waiting for an answer. Is there something I need to do to make the sound work on all PDF readers?
