How to insert multiple sheets into a pdf

I am trying to create a diary pdf which has 3 components for each day.

So for January 1st you would have an thought of the day page (I already have the text in pdf format). It would then have a journal page (same formate for every day) and a planner page (same format for every day).

So the sequence would be:

Thought of day

Journal Page

Planner page

Is there a way to insert the journal and planner pages in one go? Or do I have to insert them 365 times?

(Assume little/no knowledge).

If you don't have form fields it's (relatively) easily done, either manually or using a script.

To do it manually open the Pages panel, select the three pages, then hold down Ctrl and drag them to create a copy. Now you have 2 days worth of pages. Select those 6 pages, and repeat the process. It sounds like a lot but after 7 times you'll have 256 days worth of pages (768 pages). Then you're missing only 109 days, so copy the last 327 pages of the file, duplicate them and you're done. Make sure to save the file under a new name, so the file-size doesn't balloon too much.

365 times because you must make sure each one has a different form field name. Or is it firm fields at all? Who is going to fill this in? I fear this project may not work, suggest you outline it in detail. It may be that you are trying to use Acrobat for something utterly unsuitable.

I don't really understand your answer, apologies as I said assume no knowledge.

The form does not need to be filled it. It is to be printed.

If you picture how it would look if you were doing it for a school for example, you have a 3 page handout to give to 365 people. You would either print 365 copies of each and then have them each take one. Or create a file consisting of the 3 pages and print 365 copies for them to hand out.

clearly I'm not great with the technical stuff so hopefully the above example helps.

Ok, let's forget the form part - which is good, that is very complicated. I can tell you that there is no way in the world Acrobat is a good tool for this. (Adobe marketing likes to make it sound like Acrobat is something like Microsoft Word, it isn't). The thing about PDF is you just use your regular apps to make files, then Acrobat helps you make a PDF.

So, what is the right tool - how about Word? Do you have Word, and would you use it for this, it is a long way from ideal but better than Acrobat. Or would you use Publisher? In Adobe's tools, there is InDesign but most people need training to use it.
