How to insert text box with arrow

If you are trying to add a box with an arrow pointing towards the object, you can use the text callout option under the comment tool. Please check the screenshot below to use the feature:

After selecting the text, start from the point where you wish to point the arrow and drag the cursor. It will appear as in the screenshot shared in the post by Dave Creamer of IDEAS. You can also refer to the screenshot below:
