how to install adobe reader

Hi,

I used to have Adobe Acrobat Pro account and now i only want to have the free version, adobe reader. How do i change from pro to reader version ?

    Hi @MC1927 

     

    I checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to track any paid subscription/license for Acrobat pro.

     

    You may run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and download the Acrobat Reader application using the direct link https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
