Hello everybody,

I am looking for a way to integrate PDF with form fields into an existing PDF document (without form fields) so that the form fields remain intact.

Is there a way to do this?

I am using Adobe Acrobat DC

Many thanks in advance

Michael

Thank you!

i'm trying, it will take 1 to 2 hours.

Sorry, I am not allowed to publish the document here, my customer does not want that. So what.
But: I have probably found the solution.
When I use "Manage/Replace Pages" it doesn't work.
When I use "Manage/Insert Pages" it works!

You must use the "Replace page" feature, whick replace the layout only. Leaving form fields, comments and metadata untouched.

You will find it in the local menu in the "Pages" navigation pane.

Thank you for your answer. I did it like that. Unfortunately I have the same problem.

Merge the files, or simply insert the second file into the first one... The fields should remain in tact.

Thank you for your answer. I did it like that. Unfortunately the fields were no longer there.
My problem: The main document (without form fields) has 80 pages and is linked internally. 8 PDFs (with form fields) are to be integrated into this document.
When I integrate the PDF (with form fields), the form fields are gone.

Was there an error message of some kind? You didn't really specify how you actually combined the files, though.
