How to keep active links in pdf when uploaded on a website

Hello,

I have a large pdf document that was convered from Word.

I have links to files within folders within the Word/PDF.

I need to post this pdf on a website and still have users be able to click links and the files will open.

How do I keep the links live/active?  

Is there a way without having move/re-link all links?

I've tried to upload the PDF and folders together, but the links are broken.

Please help me. Thank you!
