Question

How to keep the format of a form when a field expands

I created a form that mimics a letter with a digital signature block.  I want the individuals to be able to enter as much or as less information within the body of the letter and still keep the format of a letter even if it goes to multiple pages.  Example:  The signature line has to be two spaces below the body of the letter.  How can I do that?  Right now, I have a text box for the body and I have a digital signature block for the signature. If I enter information in the text box, the signature line does not adjust.

There is a PDF form that operates like this.  I tried to see how but when I try to edit the form, it tells me "This form cannot be edited in Acrobat.  Please use Adobe LiveCycle Designer to edit this form.

Yes, in a LiveCycle Designer form it can be done, but that's a special kind of PDF file which you can't create or edit using Acrobat.
