Question

How to keep the tabs at the bottom of page as on excel

I have 2 tab on Excel.

The first tab "Dossier" is the the form to fill out and the second tab "Core Services" and the third tab "Industry sectors"  are instructions which explain how to complete the form

Is it possible to keep the same layout on the Acrobat file that I have on the Excel file

Please see the attached file

This presentation allows print only the tab "dossier" when the form is filled without instructions

Thank you and Best regards,

Olivier Masson

There's no concept of "tabs" in PDF files. You can export each spreadsheet

as a separate file and then combine them to a single PDF, which bookmarks

that will lead the user to each section, though.

I tried this option when you conbine those 3 file in a single PDF file, pages are are below the other one so when I want to print the form it prints all pages (instructiosn included)

- You can combine the files into a Portfolio, instead of a single PDF.

- You can add buttons to the merged file to print just a section of it.
