How to make fillable fields in Gotham font embedded

Does anyone know if it's possible to make a PDF with Gotham fillable fields embedded? For some reason even though I've purchased the font and our documents generate through a physical mail provider LOB, getting an unembedded font error. Doesn't seem to happen on static docs, just those with fillable fields? Thanks in advance

Hi @neal_9260

Thank you for reaching out with your question.
While placing the form fields, choose Form Fields properties > Appearance > Font. To know more about Form fields properties, please visit this help page: https://adobe.ly/4cnxWQZ;

  • Confirmed the properties are set. Is it that Adobe isn't compatible with Gotham Book font on fillable fields?

     printing from lob?

Are you adding the form fields in Acrobat? If not, then it's possible the application that created them did not do so correctly.

@try67 yes, fillable fields were all added in Adobe acrobat.
