Question

How to make form results automatically create graphs?

I want to survey a class with the same questions at the beginning of their program and at the end of their program in order to compare their progress. The survey is in the style of multiple choice. I want to know if it is possible that the results of the forms they complete can be automatically loaded into a graph. Any ideas or experience doing something similar?

Something like that (or a little bit simpler) ?

==> Fichiers partagés - Acrobat.com

Saisir les données = Enter data

Dessiner le graphique = Draw graph

Réinitialiser = Reset

Acrobate du PDF, InDesigner et Photoshopographe

It's possible, but you have to use some non-standard methods, depending on the type of graph you want. If you provide more information it would be helpful.

There is no built-in graphing capability in Acrobat. I would look at using Flash to produce the graph and insert the Flash widget into the PDF as a multimedia object.
