how to move Acrobat XI Std to the new PC?

Due to replacement of the PC I need to transfer the program to a new computer. How can it be done correctly?

I have installed Acrobat and if I trying to to activate it on a new PC I get the message "The serial number has been revoked, therefore the product license could not be obtained. Contact customer support". 
The SN entered correctly - I took  it from the Software License Certificate and checked.

I contacted support, but they could not solve my problem and advised me to write here. )

So guys you are our last hope - mine and Customer support's.
