How to multi-select invisible links in PDF?

Question

I have a PDF with multiple invisible links on each page, linking to other pages within the document. The only way I've found to select them is to shift click on each one individually. However, I want to delete all of them, and it is taking a while to shift click each one on each page to delete.

Is there a way to multi-select these links? Clicking and dragging does not work as it tries to create a new link. When I switch to the Selection Tool, I can no longer select the links. Remove Web Links does not work either as it seems to only target web links, which these are not.

Use the Select Object tool and you'll be able to click+drag over them.

Another option is to delete them using a script, especially if you want to remove all the links on a certain page, or the entire document.
