i have converted the file but it goes to adobe cloud. microsfot word does not see adobes cloud as a location to view documents . I need to edit the pdf in word. How can I either get Microsoft word to open adobe cloud docs or how do i save exported docs to iPad, instead of cloud?

Hi Derricks,

From the description given above, if we understand it correctly you are exporting a PDF document to Word format using Acrobat reader mobile app? And the PDF files are saved in "Document Cloud" storage?

  • This is correct that the converted word file would save to the "Document Cloud" storage itself. When you open the .docx file from Adobe Document cloud then it should automatically open through the .docx supporting application (which is MS word).

  • Once the .docx file opened through MS word then file icon at upper right hand corner should let you "Save" or "Save As"> Places> select the place e.g "This Device"
  • Or an alternate way is to upload the converted pdf to word file to "Onedrive or Dropbox" and then open it through MS word.

Hope this helps.
