How to populate information depending on the value of another field?

I am working on a fillable PDF and I need to display under PERFORMANCE LEVEL the following depending on the TOTAL SCORE.

Total Score                Performance Level

100-120                      Excellent

85-99                           Doing OK

50-84                           Needs Attention

Below 50                    Urgent Action Required

Thank you in advance for any assistance extended.

Enter the following custom calculation in the Performance Level field:

var ttl=this.getField("Total Score").value;
if(ttl<50){event.value="Urgent Action Required"} else
if(ttl>49 && ttl<85){event.value="Needs Attention"} else
if(ttl>84 && ttl<100){event.value="Doing OK"} else
{event.value="Excellent"}
