How to preserve hyperlinks when converting from PowerPoint to PDF

I'm on a Mac with OS X Yosemite using the Microsoft 365 Office suite. I'm trying to convert from PowerPoint and Word to PDF and preserve the hyperlinks. My friends on Windows don't have a problem with this. Is there a way to preserve hyperlinks when converting to PDF from a Mac using Acrobat Pro?

Thank you.

Bernie

Hi there,

Below is a screenshot of my Acrobat. It's a trial. I will gladly buy it once it's apparent that I can create PDFs with hyperlinks.

I've tried to create the PDF three different ways.

1. I used Adobe Acrobat Pro but it would not support the PDF conversion from PowerPoint.

2. In PowerPoint I did "save as PDF."

3. In PowerPoint I did "print as PDF."

While options 2 and 3 created a PDF, the hyperlinks did not preserve in the PDF. I'm amazed that in all my google searches on this topic I haven't found an answer. My colleagues on Windows don't have this problem. I love the Mac. But, this is one of those situations where Windows might be better.

Does Acrobat Pro support preservation of hyperlinks in a document after the PDF conversion - yes or no?

Please help me resolve this....Thank you.
