How to preserve timings in PDFs?

When I create and export a slideshow from Lightroom, the timings/fades work well on my Mac; however, when I send via DropBox, they are lost. Is there a way to set an Auto Play in Adobe Acrobat?  Or, should I try to export at a video? This is taking times

It won't be the sending via DropBox, it will be the receiving. You need to view in compatible software. Most PDF viewers don't do interactivity.
