How to print fillable fields with no text in the field

Hello,

I created a fillable form and I'd like to print the field boxes. On the "print" screen I selected "documents and Markups" but the form is still printing blank. Any insight is greatly appreciated!

So are you trying to print the fields, or not? It's not clear from your question/title.

Also, you can't stop the fields from printing in the Print dialog, really. The only way to do that is to set their display settings to "Hidden" or "Visible, but doesn't print". In the Print dialog you can select to print only the fields and not the rest of the document, but not the other way around.
