How to put an electronics signature on fill and form when using Adobe Acrobate DC?

Hello Adobe User's,

I'm triying to get a certificate from adobe to prove, I am the person who filled and signed a document.

My problem is when I fill and sign the document, the certficate indicate that I've just created the document but nothing about the signature.

If someone have a solution, I will take it. I just draw your attention on the fact that I use Adobe Accrobat DC and not only Adobe Sign.
